Justin Ng Shien-Wen
Justin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Nottingham Trent University
and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn
in 2015. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
in 2016. He commenced his legal practice in leading law firms and later practiced
in house for an aviation and logistics company before establishing Justin & Tan
Partnership as a Partner.
Justin’s area of practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial matters
and conveyancing. He has experience in providing advisory services to clients
listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (Bursa Securities), undertaking
various corporate exercises such as initial public offering, mergers and
acquisitions, placement, rights issue, divestments and diversification.
His banking and finance experience includes advising on financing for projects and real estate.
Justin also has experience in advising commercial and legal matters which
comprise of cargo, logistics, E-commerce platforms and setting up of foreign
offices for overseas entities.
